If you've received a product that has missing or defective components, please fill out this form to create a QA ticket in our system for your component replacement request. After a project completely fulfills (for crowdfunding projects only) and once we have the stock for the requested component(s), we will go through this list in chronological order and fulfill any tickets we can that request said component.
