If the project has begun fulfillment, please follow our project updates to ensure you're up to date with the current status of fulfillment in your region.
If you aren't receiving the project's updates by email, please check the following:
- your spam/junk folder
- your account on the crowdfunding platform you pledged on (Kickstarter, Gamefound, Indiegogo, etc.) to ensure the correct email is set there, as the crowdfunding platform itself emails out the updates for us.
- that the domain of the platform (e.g. Kickstarter.com) is whitelisted in your inbox to ensure their emails are not blocked.
